Working with a real estate investor JIT Handy installed a fully integrated Brilliant smart home system into a high end home.  Using the Brilliant platform in combination with Alexa, the system could control HVAC, garage doors, interior and exterior lighting, shower, and entertainment.  Finally, we worked with a software engineer to teach Alexa to answer questions about the MLS listing for the property.
